Legally E.L.I.T.E.

I believe in E.L.I.T.E. so much that I’ve recently filed several trademarks for the brand. At first, the process seemed daunting, but as I got into it, I found it to be fairly straightforward. While it can be a bit costly, trademarking is an essential step in a commerce-driven society—especially when you’re serious about building a brand.

Beyond its necessity, my decision to protect E.L.I.T.E. comes from a deep belief in the concept and the message behind E.L.I.T.E. and "Define Yourself." I’m confident that this philosophy will resonate with people, and I want to safeguard the idea in the best way I know how.

That’s the real reason: resonance. If E.L.I.T.E. doesn’t resonate with anyone, then aside from my personal satisfaction, it would all be for nothing. But I firmly believe it will connect with the right people. My mission is to make sure it reaches those who could benefit from it, and I will work hard to ensure that happens.

Since my goal is for E.L.I.T.E. to resonate deeply with its audience, I wanted to take the extra step of ensuring it is legally protected. Because when you truly believe in something, protecting it is not just a legal requirement—it’s a commitment to its future.
