Do you hear E.L.I.T.E.?

For week, it felt like I was writing into the void, sharing thoughts on a blog that wasn’t yet public. Now, the website has been live for nearly two months, and thanks to technology, I know there are visitors. I can see daily traffic and even where visitors are located, but beyond those numbers, there’s little insight. Who are they? Are they drawn to the blog, the podcast, or something else? And most importantly, are they connecting with the mission of E.L.I.T.E.?

As a millennial, I thrive on feedback—positive, constructive, or even critical. So, the silence has me feeling a bit uncertain. Recently, I reached out to my best friend from college and even asked my mom and other close friends for their thoughts. While they’ve been supportive, the responses have mostly been general and encouraging, with few specifics.

Perhaps it’s time to explore the website data more closely and start analyzing visitor patterns to better understand how people are engaging with E.L.I.T.E.

With the podcast, I can track the number of listeners and see which platforms they use, like Apple or Spotify. Yet I have no way of knowing if they’re fully engaged, if they enjoy the episodes, or if they only tuned in briefly. Sometimes I wonder if they clicked out after 30 seconds, looking for something else.

This uncertainty can be a bit unsettling, but for now, I’ll keep pushing forward. I believe in the vision of E.L.I.T.E., and maybe part of this journey is learning to trust the process, even when feedback is scarce. Each visit and every click is a reminder that someone, somewhere, is engaging—and with each day, there’s potential for new connections, insights, and growth. So, I’ll keep refining, sharing, and building, confident that E.L.I.T.E. is reaching its audience, one step at a time.
