Unpublished: My Secret E.L.I.T.E. Journey
Here we are—fifth blog posts in. I’m feeling pretty E.L.I.T.E. for making it this far. But I’ve got a little secret to share: Up until now, I’ve been writing to myself. Sure, I’ve been publishing the blog to the site, but the site itself hasn’t been live on the internet. It’s just been my own private corner.
Why haven’t I gone live yet? There are a dozen reasons, but here are my top three:
I was afraid I wouldn’t be consistent with the blog.
The E.L.I.T.E. collection isn’t quite ready yet.
Honestly, I enjoy talking to myself.
As I mentioned in my first post, Beginning E.L.I.T.E., this blog has been cathartic for me. It’s soothing to have a space to reflect on the journey of building the E.L.I.T.E. brand—and my own journey toward living that E.L.I.T.E. mentality. This blog has been my safe space, a place where I feel comfortable, free from judgment or expectations.
However, to truly embrace the E.L.I.T.E. mindset—and to share that journey with you—I know I have to push myself. That means stepping out of my comfort zone and being a little more vulnerable.
By the time you’re reading this, the site will be live. My hope is that, as you follow along, you’ll see the real, authentic journey I’m on to become E.L.I.T.E.—and maybe even start your own.
